Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ATALIE. If you experience any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right for you.

We will accept unworn and unwashed merchandise for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@shopatalie.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here. 

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email support@shopatalie.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry. 

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when completed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive the email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your refund to your original payment method.

Is there a return fee?

If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.

Do you accept returns from orders outside of the USA?

No global returns are accepted at this time.
